The MILENG COE is a military organisation manned and funded by contributions from 15 NATO nations.

The COE is not a part of the NATO Command Structure.  It is a member of the Centre of Excellence network as coordinated by Headquarters Suppreme Allied Command for Transformation in support of NATO, the COE's sponsoring nations and other customers.

The MILENGCOE encompasses all aspects of Military Engineering as encapsulated in MC 0560 "Military Committee Policy for Military Engineering", Allied Joint Publication 3.12 "Allied Doctrine for Engineer Support to Joint Operations" and Allied Tactical Publication 52 "Military Engineering Tactical Doctrine".

This website is primarily intended for use by those professionals who are working in or associated with military engineering.  T
he password protected area of this website is open to active military from NATO and partner countries, IOs, GOs, NGOs, industry and acedemia provided they have a valid reason for gaining access and an identifiable official address. Here you will find the tools to exchange information, download media and contribute to doctrine and concept development.

Topical Group 3 Non-lethal capabilities meeting.

The MIL ENG COE participates in the Topical group 3 “Non-Lethal Capabilities (NLC)” meeting in Bad Reichenhall Germany from 8-10 September.


6th MILENG COE Steering Committee - 5 October 2010

The 6th MILENG COE Steering Committee will take place on 5 October 2010 in Bucharest, Romania in conjunction with NSJEC 2010.


Information Exchange Seminar

MILENG COE will conduct an Information Exchange Seminar on "Observations, Lessons identified, Lessons Learned' from 07 - 09 December 2010 in Ingolstadt. Further details are available after log in.


Allied Joint Publication 3.12 MILENG Spt to JOINT Ops

Industry Day 2010

During the Industry Day on 08 December 2010 more than 50 companies will display MILENG related equipment in Ingolstadt. For further info: see Events.
