I agree that my personal contact data will be stored for internal use of MILENG COE only. During this event (including the social function) photos and video may be taken for the use of the MILENG COE for public relations purposes. In accordance with GDPR regulations (art 6 para 1 et seq., 85 GDPR in conjunction with German Art Copyright Act) these images will only be used for legitimate interests under the principles of proportionality. In addition, other (approved) media representatives may be present who will be taking photos and video for media purposes and under their own responsibility.
