Benefits of Training in MILENG COE
Staying competitive is the key to sustainable Military National or International Organizations.
One of the ways to achieve this is to take a course provided by the MILENG COE.
International MILENG information, procedures, trends and new technologies presented during courses make our students motivated and up-to-date. Equipped with new engineer planning skills and knowledge they become a valued asset in any organisation.
MILENG COE courses meet both an organisation and personnel needs and increases the quality and flexibility of the organisation by fostering increased productivity through improved skills, knowledge and attitude.
With the quality assurance policy implemented by the MILENG COE in all courses, the teaching effects are highly ensured and all the latest developments in Military Engineering are incorporated and included in our courses.
The benefits of training in MILENG COE can flow through to all levels of national and multinational military structures. Over time, training will boost the bottom line and increase effectiveness by:
· decreasing wasted time and materials with the participants having the exact knowledge that their job description as engineers requires,
· increasing the level of knowledge to the NATO requirements,
· implementing learned efficient staff practices,
